If the products are damaged at the time of arrival:
We will provide a free replacement
Note: However, to receive a replacement, the customer should inform us by email within 12 days of the arrival date.
If the customer informs us after 12 days, we will send the replacement, but the shipping costs would have to be covered by the customer.
If the products get damaged while you are using them:
We will send a replacement, which will cost a handling fee to the customer. If the damage takes place anywhere after 12 days of arrival,
no replacements would be made. However, we will offer you a discount code for a future transaction with us.

Since Coconut Cups & Spoons are direct creations of Mother Nature, certain damages may occur during usage, but very rarely.
We strive above and beyond to make sure that you receive the best of the best in terms of quality. Therefore your kind understanding

No returns or refunds will be done if you decide to change your mind, after the order has been placed.
Changes in shipping address or product selection cannot be made after orders have been placed, since we process your orders immediately.
Editing or updating your order after going through checkout is not possible.
